Presented by the Festival Foods, the Independence Day Fireworks presentation will be hosted at the Harbor Park on 56th Street and 1st Ave on Friday, July 4th, 2014 starting at 9:30 p.m. This spectacular display of lights and rumblings will be visible from many areas along Kenosha’s lakefront. And if everything that the 4th of July weekend has for us isn’t enough, on Sunday, June 29th, 2014, Walgreens Kenosha presents the Civic Veterans Parade. Besides being able to salute our nation’s heroes, we’ll be able to experience great shows. Up to 10 bands will compete during the parade for cash prices and a chance to perform at the post-parade concert. With the weather projection being in the high 70’s, there is no doubt that this event will have great attendance and excellent entertainment.
