Want to help out a great cause on May 18? We ask you to strongly consider participating in the Shalom Center Walk Against Hunger in Kenosha. We at Palmen Automotive Group are proud sponsors of the event and we would love to see a huge turnout!

The event will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 18 with registration starting a 9 a.m. Interested participants can do either a one or three mile walk. All proceeds raised from the event will go to providing food and shelter for the less fortunate in the Kenosha area. Participants are encouraged to get pledges from others interested in helping out a worthy cause.
The Shalom Center was established in Kenosha in 1982. The center focuses on providing a safe environment for the less fortunate. The center serves as an emergency family shelter, emergency nightly shelter, food pantry and soup kitchen. Donations allow the center to provide the services it does – as do events like the Walk Against Hunger on May 18.

Anyone unable to participate in the Walk Against Hunger that would still like to help out the center is encouraged to do so.
