Team Battle Back Jack

Earlier this month we added a page to our site talking about why we here at Palmen Auto Stores participate annually in the Brigg’s & Al’s Run & Walk for Children’s Hospital. But today we’d just like to use this opportunity to tell you more about the Run & Walk which takes place in a few short weeks!

The annual Briggs & Al’s Run & Walk for Children’s Hospital takes place on September 13th, 2014. It begins at 12th and Wisconsin Avenue at Marquette University and will conclude on the Summerfest grounds. This is an 8k for runners and walkers may take a 3- or 5-mile option.
Why do it? Donations raised either individually or with a team should you decide to join with friends go to benefit the kids who receive care at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. It’s a very worthy cause and one that’s dear to our hearts here at Palmen Auto Stores.

How do you register? It’s simple! Go here and sign up! It costs $30 for a runner at $25 to walk, but those numbers get upped by $5 if you register the day of the event. There are also separate fees for children, so if you’re bringing kids read the registration page carefully to determine the cost for your child.
